Travel Documents
A valid ticket (Smart Card BIP, Chip on Paper, NFC, or paper) is mandatory to enter stations and board trains. Tickets must be kept until you exit the station and shown to staff upon request.
Validate your ticket at the contactless readers at the gates before entering.
Station & Train Usage
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas and on trains.
- Priority must be given to passengers exiting the train.
- Do not block doors, passages, or ticket machines.
- Follow all staff instructions and station signage.

Escalator Safety
- No bare feet.
- No bicycles on escalators.
- Do not sit on steps or place objects that could get stuck.
Terminal Stations
All passengers must exit the train at terminal stations (Cascine Vica, Bengasi).
